DRAWING WEEK 12 - THE WALKING DEAD : THE ONES WHO LIVE

Yes, for the first drawing made for The Walking Dead : The Ones Who Live, I don't want to make Rick or Michonne. Because after the two first episodes, I want to draw Nat. Because I'm still not okay with what they did with his character. SPOILER ALERT for those of you who didn't see them, please stop reading this description : it's about creating a character, giving him a real background, making him Michonne's best friend that much that he's the one comforting her just after she thought Rick was truly dead, he's the one convincing her to come back home, and he has skills really great for fights, he's amazing... but they kill him.
Because Michonne and Rick are gonna take a lot of time on screen, they clearly didn't know what to do with his character so they created him and killed him in the exact same episode. It felt so unnecessary : clearly, it's a lack of imagination, they could have put him in a situation, even if the viewers wouldn't have seen him for a long time and used him later as a surprising help/enemy. But no, they killed him. It felt really like a waste for the story, for Michonne's character, for himself, for the actor who was so great in that role.
