This episode was for me really interesting to talk about the system in place in this universe : All Might was number one not only because he was that loved and admired, but also because of an annual chart saying so. And now that Endeavor is the official number one but without being appreciated at all by the crowd, we can question that system. That's what Hawks is doing and even if the guy is arrogant as hell, I follow him a little with that. And Endeavor knows it.

Maybe he's trying to change, but it's not really him and everyone can feel it. He wants to convince people with his actions and that's why he just said "watch me" during his speech. But being the new Symbol of Peace is about gaining hearts…
