Hello !

Now that I had time to think about it, for me the previous episode was in fact well placed by the writers, on purpose, to say to the viewers that yes, Evil Morty and Rick Prime were two big narrative arcs but concluding them doesn't mean the end of the show because the show is not about them. The show is about Rick, his evolution. And to begin this episode with Rick being like he was at the beginning, that drunk, all by himself, burping and being sad and aggressive, and finishing the episode with him being back with Morty, going on a new adventure with him, was made by the writers also on purpose. To show us Rick changed, it's gonna be rough, but not that desperate.

Oh, and I hated what happened to Churry : he was such a nice friend and Morty just wanted to "kill" him but couldn't, so he left him to die all alone on a planet after giving him the fake hope of being reunited with his family. Team Churry ! This episode was really a meta episode : we had before clip episodes, but through these observers the writers screamed to us it would be one !
