LOONA: Yeah...
P2: Millie takes a bite.
MILLIE: That's good. Probably shouldn't let him know what happened.
P3: Moxxie laughs along with Millie.
MOXXIE: Ha! Could you imagine!
MILLIE: We'll have to, because we're never letting him find out! This was a one-time thing, like we agreed.
P4: Loona, still barely moved, looks over at the two.
LOONA: Right. Of course.
P5: A shot of Moxxie feeding a bite to Millie. The pair look happy together.
LOONA (narration): A... one-time thing.
P6: A close shot of Loona, quiet.

I tried to understand what was Millie's motive, when she broke down in tears during the apology and said "if you don't want to ever see me again, I'll understand", I thought she has crush on her. Now she says it was a one-time thing (and they'll pretend it never happened). Millie mainly wanted to help Loona get rid of the frustration of single life. Bud no one-time meeting will do that, That's what I am waffling about.

According to the previous comments, I am guessing that she wants to commit some monstrosity, which is quite possible. On the other hand, they are all monsters, I still don't understand how M and M could get together when they are all (subtly but still) so cruel to each other.

They just had a chance to gain her trust and they betrayed her, because they didn't agree on anything like that. And Lonna just made the worst mistake in her life. When Blitz find this out, I bet he will scold those two scoundrels, then he fire them, rape them, and finally kill them. She will cry again tonight.
