Hello !

That first test is gonna be more difficult than I thought, and that Dekku also imagined. He guessed everyone would target them but, not knowing their quirks, he couldn't know how it would go. Some of them have such strong quirks ! And if you're there since a long on this bingewatching, and also on my channel, you know that I always imagined my quirk would be related to wind, creating/controlling it, so to see that it's the quirk of that guy everyone wanted in their schools and who managed to eliminate so many people… it made me weirdly proud !

That thing about eliminating other people made me feel weird. Because, for me, they should get these licenses proving they know how to use their quirks, that they're not dangerous for people and all… like driver licenses ! Here, it's by crashing other people's dreams to have that title also.

I'm still french, so I'm still sorry if my english hurts you.

It's really not clear, that thing about the licenses. At least in the anime (maybe it's better explained in the manga ?). But yes, I think we can just agree about this system making no sense and being bad. And this first test is imo really bad : it had nothing to do with the two priorities of heroes, saving people and fighting vilains ; no, it's about eliminating people who are just like you, destroying their dreams. Cool, cool.

I think there is a difference in this universe between a "quirk license" and a "hero license". Hero licenses are for people who essentially want to be elite police/military of this world. I think that people who just want to use their quirks to help people in other roles have a much less difficult and much less competitive path. I do think the whole system makes no sense though. Some people could have a quirk which is very good for passing this first test, but terrible for practical use in fighting villains or protecting civilians.
