From the draft to the completion of the project, various trial and error processes are involved. This is just one example. Compare and contrast the position and size of the head, and fine tune each body part. You can flip it left or right, rotate it, and always doubt your drawing. It is also important to collect materials that are close to what you want to draw at that time. This is because there is a limit to the information in the brain, and it is like creating something that doesn't exist. Sometimes, we make bold revisions to the drawing. There are times when these processes do not make sense. Sometimes we have to go back as well as work forward, and sometimes we don't know what is right. Through these brainstorming sessions, you may be able to organize the information you want to express. In case you're wondering, I decided to revisit this entire illustration from the rough. It wasn't an easy decision, but I'm proud of the good result. As an illustrator, you always have to face yourself, and more often than not, it's difficult. However, you can only move forward by repeating these struggles. I hope that I can share this with like-minded people. イラストレーターの苦悩と葛藤について下書きから完成まで、さまざまな試行錯誤が行われます。これは、ほんの一例ですが、頭の位置や大きさ、体の各パーツの微調整などを比較検討します。左右に反転させたり、回転させたり、常に自分の描いた絵を疑うことができます。また、その時に描きたいものに近い素材を集めることも大切です。脳内の情報には限界があり、存在しないものを作るようなものだからです。時には、大胆なデッサンの修正を行います。それらの工程が意味を成さないこともあります。作業を進めるだけでなく、戻ることもあり、何が正しいか分からなくなることもあります。このようなブレインストーミングを通じて、表現したい情報を整理することができるかもしれません。因みに、私はこのイラスト全体をラフから見直すことにしました。簡単な決断ではありませんでしたが、良い結果が得られたと自負しています。イラストレーターは常に自分と向き合わなければならず、それは難しいことが多いです。しかし、その苦労を繰り返すことでしか前に進むことはできません。同じ志を持つ人たちと分かち合えることを願っています。
