Hello !

First thing I said after this episode : "Guys, you know I'm the Queen of Denial, so here…" Because yes, that end, for me it's a big no, don't read this if you didn't watch the episode, that's it's, you're out : okay, so for me, Joel is not dead. Yet. Because I know the guy is not immortal, and right there he was badly hurt. But : first, for how you build a season and a story, it's not logical to do it episode 6, during the very last minute ; second, yes it lasted for one single minute, and for your main character, you're gonna do more than that ; third, these two main characters finally opened themselves during this episode, so it's not logical neither with that, with their relationship.

But I'm not saying the guy would survive to everything, or even to that. Just that here, right there, right now, Joel is not dead. I was so glad that this episode was about Joel and Ellie really talking to each other, Joel revealing more of himself. And I didn't expect at all we would find his brother already, in good conditions, and we would leave him, in good conditions also. It had real "too good to be true" vibes, I felt something bad would happen.
