This took me longer then anticipated, but I have finally gotten a test version of my 3.0 nelf model uploaded. Morphs/blendshapes are in the file, but you have to add them to the skin mesh yourself. if you find any oddities or bugs, please message me.
Regarding the morphs, I found that if I exported the fbx with the morphs, some 3d programs couldnt properly import the skin weights, and would instead import without it. Therefore I decided id leave it up to the user to add them. The file has several morphs in it ready to add.
Should add that the model looks best when smoothed at least 1 more time when rendered. Especially if you are using the huge breast morph/blendshape
