Heya everyone :)
Just thought I'd round up the month with some life and art updates! I've never done this before, as I've always treated Patreon as a very formal space. But since you guys seemed to enjoy the last character profile, I thought this shouldn't be too bad!
First off, Hyan's sticker looks SO CUTE GHDLGJK I actually cannot decide if I want it to be made into a sticker or keychain! I do feel like it's shiny and pretty enough to be keychain worthy, the artist did such a great job <3 What do you think? :3 These will be shipped to $30 and $60 patrons once ready.
Next, thank you MissTay (a patron here) for your fanart of Hyan! He is super duper cute in your style <3 I was super delighted by it, thank you!
The icon that I'm using throughout socials now is done by Euqi-Kun, you might be seeing lots of their art on my YT thumbnails these days because I've fallen for their art and I can't get up π©
Last but not least, WIPs of the Venti Print! Thanks to everyone's support I've been able to commission an amazing artist- Matcha- for the print. God knows my art is not print worthy, so I'm relieved to have Matcha covering me on that front! She is doing amazing work on the overall aesthetic of the project; the 4NEMO we are doing is more "elegant goth", which I'm sure is a great departure from previous 4NEMO interpretations.
I do have to let you guys know that upon revision of the Venti album itself, I feel that it is not quite as inspiring as I would have liked. However, I hope to draw upon this experience to make future albums more fleshed out!!
Lastly; I AM worried that merch will not be ready by the 15th of June, which was my initial date of shipping, but I will keep everyone updated!

Life update...hmm. Well, I bought a new mic today, but it did not turn out the way I wanted;; >w< Forgive my esoteric ramblings but it was my first time trying a dynamic mic, and while the specifications alluded to higher sampling rates/ bit rates, the end result of my tests were...unflattering, to say the least. I have to admit that the new mic picks up moans/ kissing sfx's incredibly well, but vocal wise, it is not up to par with my previous mic :(
You know that feeling when you buy something and have no use for it so you just leave it there to waste away? Ugh, it's terrible. I feel like my wallet's taken a fat hit that could've gone into merch and other work stuff. We don't have demo units for mics readily available in my area/ country in general, so I really took a risk and I definitely lost. Well, if there are any aspiring VAs lurking around here, I can say with confidence that you ought to invest in a condenser mic over a dynamic one. Or at the least, if you're going to get a dynamic mic, it ought to be with a mixer/ audio interface- at which point the whole set up will cost just as much as a condenser. So condenser wins regardless! (yes, I am rambling)
I hope everyone is doing well. You are always welcome to give merch suggestions/ queries any point :D
