October 2019 Patroncast Submissions - Now Closed

October is coming to a close, and Halloween is almost here, so that seems like a great time for the October Patroncast - and it should be an especially interesting one as I'll be discussing the first month of the new schedule.
Just in case you're new, this is where you get to ask questions, suggest topics, or argue about what time it is right now, because the world is really uncoordinated on this whole changing-the-clocks thing.
So ask away, and I'll update this post when the Patroncast is recorded, so as long as there isn't an edit below saying that, everything should be good :)
EDIT - The Patroncast has now been recorded, and thus further questions cannot be included, because that's how time works. It should be ready for you on Saturday.

Technically it is Tactical Time Dilation not Vats, as it doesn't lock onto a body part like the Fallout series.

Because it seems like every time you shoot in VATS you do more damage than with a normal shot. PS: I hope Tabby is doing well, say hi to her from me!
