With plenty of requests and the situation I'm currently in, I believe it is appropriate to open up once again.

Please understand that it is not possible for me to accept everyone's entry. I will prioritize people who missed out on last year's round. If you missed out on this one, do not worry. There may be more chances for you to submit again in the future.
