Linen Tale: Progress!
Added 2018-09-29 11:20:11 +0000 UTCFinally the Tutorial chapter is complete as we start our main quest and learn how to use the Scheduler.
The Tutorial Chapter teaches the player how to do certain things in the game, but mostly it's scripted.
However from this point on forwards, it's more random events and serious crafting and trading along with completing the main quest and side quests!
There are 4 types of quests in the game;
1- Main Quest is the quest that'll go through the entire chapter.(year) It's the main story quest.
(Failing the Main Quest at the end of the chapter will give you a game over, but don't worry you can change the game difficulty at any time!)
2- Side Quests are the semi-important character/lore quests that are slightly shorter than the Main Quest and won't give you a game over if you fail but still pretty detailed.
3- Mini Quests are more like grind quests. Go deliver this outfit to this person at this location etc. They will mostly be about making money and exp with shorter, less detailed storylines.
4- Loyalty Quests are given to the player by important NPCs for relationship increasing. If you wish to romance one of them, completing their Loyalty Quest is necessary.
I have one more missing thing to do in the Tutorial chapter, which is to make the actual tutorial. (You know the screen pausing the game and telling you stuff.)
After that, it's game time!
Can't wait to start making ridiculous side quests of quirky characters!
