Take the time you need to care for your health first. That's a legitimate reason that you shouldn't need to feel bad about. For allergies, if you are in the market for an air purifier, the Levoit Core 600S (the $300 rectangular shaped one) is a good pick. It's not exactly cheap, but it's noticeably effective and covers a good amount of space. If the allergies are getting worse or really getting in the way of your day-to-day, then it might be a worthwhile investment. Hope you feel better soon.

Urgent care clinics (in the US anyways) can be great. They might be able to help you treat symptoms with a same day appointment although probably not a replacement for seeing a primary care doctor / specialist.
