(I apologize for not finishing it early).

That aside, I feel like elfs are a trope used quite a lot in fiction, which is not a bad thing, as long as something interesting is done with that idea. Besides, am I the only one who is a little tired of the whole "medieval world with magic and fantasy" cliche? I genuinely like more the idea of elfs, orcs, dwarves and other fantasy races linving their lives in a modern setting, with modern problems included, like having to pay tax-

What jobs would a race like the elfs do in such a scenario?, would they become capable individuals in their tasks or would they simply be incompetent workers in everything they do?
