May Dev Notes!

I'm trying out a new format for the monthly production updates, something more like a Vlog.

I do like the video format, but the game-play audio was quite loud and distracting, particularly the gunshots. I did like having the music in the background; that added a nice background element to your talking. I do agree with the other commenters that a text version, despite being more work, would be nice as it helps clearly spell out what has been changed/updated.

That being said, I definitely agree with the other comments regarding volume. It was difficult following along with your train of thought when the sound of gun shots kept drowning you out, haha! Personally, if we keep with the 'dev talks', I think I'd like to see a bit of a short summary as to what was discussed in these dev notes akin to an executive summary. That way, if people are interested in you expanding on certain bullet points, they can always just look to the video for a deeper dive

2024-05-07 20:37:45 +0000 UTCI'm not sure about that format. On the one hand, it's good that you expand on each point a lot. But on the other hand, I'd expect from dev notes some brief overview. P.S. please make the volume a bit more consistent. I had to adjust it quiet a lot on my phone. Have a good bugless development
