After the disaster, she quickly took control,
organizing residents to seal the building and convert it into a functional refuge.
Most of her family are either missing or confirmed dead. She doesn’t speak about it.
She manages logistics, resources, and personnel across the shelter.
Though she rarely shares her thoughts,
she understands that relocation is inevitable—and is preparing for it.
