SOTG v0.4.3 (small update)

This post is to share a small update for the pre-redesign SOTG game.
v0.4.3 changes a few things on the Metro Level to make it a bit easier
-Increased spawn rate of meat drops.
-increased how much health meat recovers
-added a few new save points
-the enemy that allows you to use the "goddess moan" now respawns
-added some fixes to some outfits.
