This armor is made by the warriors of Alfie's kingdom during a holiday celebrating the kingdom's ancient barbaric past. They hunt for beasts and use their bones to make armor and weapons. This is another example of rewards you can get using the crafting system. Certain enemies will drop things like bones or leather that you can use to create armor and other items.
