This new being (no name yet) is the third deity set to appear as one of Crania's missions.
The plans for this deity are still on their early stages as it is his realm and level design. As of now i can only tell you you're going to need to rely on Crania's legs to stop those gigantic blades and his cape works as a gigantic wave capable of creating oceans.
