He's Crania's boss and we have seen him already in some conversations, but he's represented as just an eye, seeing the drawing you can see his eye is one of his most important features, he's one of the many nasty demons that Crania can mate with, and he's in desperate need of crying intensely inside her.
He's an intermediary between Crania and the higher orders like the creators of the world, since Crania is forbidden from contacting the creators directly he often abuses his position to get favors from her, but he also helps her sometimes and has even taken punishments from above due to Crania's wild behavior.
