She's the leader of the group of goddesses that fled to the canals. As the you might have guessed she is impressively strong and has trained goddess apprentices at the canals for years. She still doesn't have a name.
She has a complicated design and a unique hairstyle, it is not the final model, but it is getting there. There is also a 2d sketch of her that i shared with my $10 supporters a few days ago.
