Crania Souls (First release)

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you so much for your support!

Here is the first version of the game Crania Souls (Name still pending)

It still has some bugs, but i wanted to share it to be almost on time with the release date, i'm going to keep working on it for the next few days, fixing some things and refining some details.

It is a rough version since i have to go on a trip tomorrow, but i hope to release an update on sunday with some fixes.

I see, the thing is that there will be special attacks that have cutscenes, this animations is similar to them, so it hopefully won't stand out too much. As for swapping from left click and middle click it is like that because of lack of buttons, but you will always have a better option than fighting them at the same time, for example you fight 2 lizards right after you unlock Crania's pheromones, so it gets easier if you arouse one of the lizards or both. When one of the sword-wielding guys does his jump attack or combo that ends in him slamming his sword into the ground, making the reaction to that a special cutscene where the camera resets and you're both stuck in place makes it feel stilted: it's awkward, it stands out, it's not perfectly connected to the rest of the gameplay. Plus, swapping my index finger between the middle mouse and left mouse button can get distracting when I'm fighting more than one of them.

Hi! Thanks for the comment! There will be climax animations, but they are not implemented yet to speed up the gameplay, I'm still deciding if they will be exclusive to the gallery mode, or just skipable in regular gameplay. Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure what you mean by stilted though, I'm not familiar with the concept.

Gameplay looks great! My only complaints are about breaking the sword-wielding baddies's weapons feels stilted (especially the weird cutscene that happens when you click on their sword) and how there isn't any animation for enemy climaxes. Otherwise, this is very promising!
