It is goddess cheese making, it is a simple process and will unlock after your girls breasts can generate enough milk. This sidequest will be interactive, from making the cheese to selling it in the shop and delivering it to people's houses.
This business sidequests will eventually add to a special meter for the town that indicates how attractive it is to visit, which will be the ultimate goal for the girls.
