As i said before depending on the sexual pose certain techniques will be available to use. You won't be limited to the techniques already assigned to the special buttons (Z, X and C) as you can still access the technique select screen, and if a technique can be used it will be available to be assigned.
This will aid you dealing with multiple enemies even more, and in different ways. The orgasm wave was good for that as well, but eventually certain enemies will be able to deal with it, or it won't be as effective.
In the screenshots you can see Montse taking advantage of her breasts and vagina being free to use while a hunter sticks his dick in her ass.
