The underworld society has been aware of the existence of civilizations beyond the earth sky for ages. And contact does exist with many of them. The plot of the new level (Alien Lab) follows the story of an alien civilization that is facing extinction because their specie has degraded so much their bodies can't reproduce by normal means. So they plan to find a suitable host for their larvae in planet earth.
The civilizations of the underworld become aware of this, but because their lack of interest in the well being of the creatures of the surface they do nothing. Only a couple of creatures care at all. Crania, being among them, offers her body to do the testing in an attempt to stop an invasion of the earth.
Her amazing body does the trick like a charm, her powerful reproductive organ has enough power to fulfill the task of hosting multiple larvae at the same time, being her womb the first step in the life of these new beings. Crania's milk is also of great use to feed the larvae, being injected to the capsules following their abandonment of Crania's womb.
Most alien forms can make Crania's vagina their home until they are ready for temporary storage in their capsules. However some alien forms adapted better to Crania's anal cavity so she decided to lend it as well for the duration of the experiment.
It is expected that the new alien forms will regain their strength by the end of this program allowing them to reproduce in a normal way. In the meantime Crania will enjoy the stimulation of the process and being treated as a Goddess of fertility rather than of death for this time.
About the drawing, it is mostly done, i might change her expression but that's about it.
