It seems the fire is created by her muscular body and can be used in her melee attacks. Because of her name and this set of skills, one of her nicknames is The Angel of Fire.
In the screenshot Ánela is using "Fire claw", one of her fire skills, it creates a fiery trail with her feet that increases the damage dealt by her kicks, some enemies are weak to fire so this will be useful in many situations.
