Enemas (The UPN)

This feature was on hold for some time due to how difficult it was to implement with the replay feature, the decision of getting rid of the replay feature is not definitive yet, but this feature and breast milk do require to get rid of the replay feature cause i want to add some more complex liquid interactions, that is also the reason why the urination feature is too basic.
So next version will be a little experiment to see how everything works and then make a decision.
There will be a set of tools to perform an enema, this syringe is the most basic tool but you will be able to buy more tools!

Hi, thanks for the comment! Sure the bellies will get bigger using enemas, how big will depend on the tool you're using, this syringe will give you a small amount, a bigger syringe or a pump will give you a bigger belly.
