Small update on Stage 1

Whenever I think we're done with Stage 1, I have an idea and need to go back to it. That's fine though, as long we're improving it, right? I decided to make those signs to make it easier for players to find the scarabs, specially in areas where you have to wait for moving ones. What do you think?
