ok so passports.....I'm going to teach you everything by the time you finish all the bon voyages :) - Visas, plane tickets and now vaccinations are attached to your passport number. So when your passport is scanned, they can see what's up. For visas, any country you go to, just check if you need a visa (you can google it), Electronic visas are great, the ones that suck are the ones you have to go to the embassies for. For each country, google what entry requirements are needed for a US citizen. If you lose your passport, the travel documents are really just for getting back home. It's not to replace a passport. To get a passport, as it's a form of identification, you will need certain documents with you when you apply. I think that's it for this episode!

They are usually located in the capital of the country or major cities if the country is particularly large. Like in the US, they have embassies In DC, New York and LA
