New Patreon Sales Tax heads-up

Here is my summary~
- Patreon is being mandated by law to charge sales tax
- Rollout is happening 1.July.2020
- Patrons in the EU will see no changes; mainly just the US and some other countries
- Tax is based on location
- Patrons in locations where the tax will occur will get an e-mail from Patreon on/around 1.July.2020
- There is a sales tax chart on the page I linked above for the affected countries and the tax rate (The US where I live ranges from 4%-11% depending on the state). I also put the image below here.
- Not all benefits are taxable, so depending on your state, you may pay the full tax or no tax.
- I do not know much about politics or tax, so please expect me to know very little about those things. I watched the whole video in the link above and just made a summary. ;w; I know almost as much about this as you do now.
