What's next 'v'
Added 2025-02-12 05:35:01 +0000 UTCNow that Delicious FATe v6 is released, I'll outline what's next for the game and my work:
- V7 will release a premium offline Windows version for supporters. For me this will be lots of easy technical work and improve development workflow. It'll be battery efficient and use low RAM compared to running it in a browser or electron app, because I'll write an OpenGL backend from scratch 'v'
Estimate: 100 hours of work
\- I'll be busy with that, but if I find time to switch gears, I want to add /schlip/ sound effects for toys when you use them.
Estimate: 1 hour of work
- Maybe I'll fill out the wiki https://wiki.fatknyght.com/ and make a contributor's guide.
Estimate: 8 hours of work
- New supporters (who start February 13th 2025 or later) won't receive feeder diaries-- they are grand-furried now. Existing supporters will keep growing fatter. I really enjoy it, but in future I think I should use my energy building one game that many furs may enjoy. Maybe once Delicious FATe is done I'll go back to feeder diaries, they are very fun!!

I'm going to keep an eye out for bug reports because I didn't get to thoroughly test it (It would take too long for me as a solo developer).
In my personal life to put these hours in, I'll drink☕and get good sleep 'v' And I'm always always working, even if it's not on FAte-- I should schedule R&R time so I don't go crazy ,>`
