End of Year Update & Thank You!

Hello hello everyone!

I wanted to make this post to, first and foremost, thank you all for such an amazing year! The amount of support and appreciation you’ve all shown my writings this year has left me in absolute awe, and I cannot express my gratitude enough!

I’m gonna do my best to make the next year of stories even better than this year’s and I hope you’ll enjoy what I have in store. I even wanted to share a few ideas of what I wish to experiment with going forward!

First and foremost, I’m going to explore a few crossover HP fics I’ve had in mind for awhile. I had a thought to start with perhaps a disconnected anthology fic of sorts, featuring Harry in other universes among a myriad of situations.

Such an original thought I know!

As overdone as it may be, I feel as if it’d be the best way for me to experiment with mixing HP and other fandoms before deep diving into a full on crossover. And of course you all will have a say in which fandom/universe gets featured with each update (as long as I’m familiar with the material of course lol).

Additionally I hope to explore more serious stories as well, where smut will still be featured but not exactly included within every chapter. I understand this may be a less popular decision of mine, but I’d love a chance to practice more with my plot focused writing and I do feel as if sometimes the smut gets in the way. This, of course, would be done sparingly, with only one such work being written this way at a time, and my main focus will of course be my works that you all know and love!

All in all, we’ll see where the year takes us and I hope to write fics that you all enjoy!

As a last sort of short term update, I will be taking a small break for the remainder of the year to spend the holidays with my family. There will be one last chapter for HBL posted either the 27th or 28th, and after that I will be taking the rest of the year off and post again sometime the first week of January.

I apologize if this upsets anyone and I hope I can make it up to those patrons with the upcoming updates I have planned!
