335 The Corrupted Guild

Denizens of the Tower!

A dedicated scholar who studied the arcane art of teleportation, among many others, founded a guild of students and researchers of this branch of magic: The Insightful scholars. The founder, Devon, was a dedicated scholar who devoted her whole life to unearthing the secrets of the weave. One day she stumbled across a powerful Feywild artifact who corrupted her mind and body. Devon and her scholars slowly succumbed to the arcane influence of a clay container whose motivations could never be discovered.

Now the demented scholars are a danger to others outside of their guild's base. A local duchess has ordered a bounty to the complete obliteration of the guild and everyone in their lair. No one is expected to survive.
