Hello, Denizens of the Tower!

Silberstein District is one of the poorest neighborhoods in a large dwarven settlement, Ivory City. Most people are poor and work long hours to make ends meet. Quality of life is a non-concept in Silberstein. The large market in the square gives the impression of a regular place of business, but forbidden deals hide in the shadows. A criminal guild called the Juniper Syndicate controls all illegal activities and call Silberstein District their turf. Illegal items of any kind are the source of business for the syndicate. They also control de only gambling house in the area and use the indebted fools to fill their ranks as payment.
