Denizens of the Tower!

I've been working on this underground gnome small city. Harrakan is home to mostly gnomes with a fixation in developing and researching psionic abilities within their own population. They have had several breakthroughs and today, about half of them share a neural link strong enough to be considered a kind of telepathy. What they did not expect is that the combination of hundreds of their minds in the neural network would arise as a sentient being which is a sum of all of them. This sentient amalgamate calls itself Harrakan. It is now the de facto leader of the settlement.

This illustration was made using a combination of Photoshop and Sketchup to create the semi-isometric perspective. A technique I use sometimes. I've included the usual map variants. But be sure to read the accompanying PDF because it describes background lore and the important locations in the city.
