OP15 - Son of the Storm

Here's the fifteennth installment of the one-page series. The objective is to create self-contained adventures/dungeons with all things necessary to spawn fun adventures in a single page. The adventures are system neutral so no rules or mechanics are included.
This adventure is about a mad mage who is trying to summon a primal entity from the Feywild known as the Son of the Storm. This being is an elemental representation of the fury of the sky. If it were to gain access to the material plane, it would ravage the land, decimate settlements.
Following the recent one-page-town, this time I am trying to explore the option of a one-page-encounter. This is a short adventure or a single encounter, depending on how you see it. Let me know if this idea is cool by you or if I should continue doing larger one-page's like dungeons.
