Actually, when I first joined FA, he an Jameel were the characters I came up with. (Without much thought, I just wanted to draw a couple of gay furries.) And I made up a small background story, who they were and how they met ... But all that changed over time.
Wessam was a later addition and I liked their dynamic better (between him and Jameel I mean) if I'm being honest. But it's nice to draw Josef again, he's very soft and shy in my mind.
