Completely agree with your comments on the New Super Mario Bros. part of the series. I struggle as well to remember anything from them other than the same world tune in all of them. However, and maybe this was influenced by the blandness of the previous games, I Loved 3D Land. I played it to 100% completion and was sad when it was over. I thought it was such a great change of pace and a turning point in the series allowing the creativity the fully 3D Marios enjoyed to expend to the rest of the franchise again.

I’m smitten and endlessly inspired with the results of Wonder and so eager to get my paws on the RPG. As game designers we have much to learn about our impacts and the roles we play by observing Mario p’s production team and history. Thank you for your tireless productions. You keep me sane in the indie game. 😊
