Public message for those who have unsubscribed.

Hello, all.

This month of holidays I have noticed that a larger number of people than usual have unsubscribed from my patreon page. A few of them mentioned in the exit survey that they withdrew their pledge because of personal finances at home or because they have not played enough RPG game sessions as of late.

I can't reply to exit surveys but I'd like to tell you all that I am fine with your decision and respect your reasons for leaving. Life changes all the time and sometimes there's more money or more time to play and in other times it is the opposite. I want to thank you all for supporting my stuff for the time you did. It means a lot to me. Perhaps life changes again in the future and you may be back, you're welcome to join again. In the meanwhile, you may still consult or use the free content I post often at my website.

There's another thing I want to address. About ten people left and mentioned in the survey that they left because Patreon banned a political commentator known as Sargon. They consider the banning unlawful and inappropriate by patreon. My page is not political in anyway and it will remain so. I refuse to take a side in this debacle because my business is just making art for people who want it. But I wanted to tell those users that I respect your decision to leave patreon and I thank you for the support this far. Perhaps in the future I will come up with an alternative medium of support I can run in tandem with this site.

Despite that, thank you to all of you that know about this year's patreon's mess and still chose to remain supporting my stuff.
