I've been experimenting with liquid simulations for about 9 hr in total trying to figure out how to make it look real and heres what i've got so far. Amount of samples is pretty mediocre there so you can see the edges of liquid mesh but at high samples and better sim baking things should look better. For inflation and devastation that thing is pretty akward for now because the consistency of that liquid simulation is actually very close to the structure of an actual sperm. It's viscous and trying to stay in 1 piece, glues to the skin and itself so it creates "constipation" such as big chunk in place where it comes from and even high liquid acceleration can't solve the trick properly so the jet can't be emitting constantly. Regarding material - is pretty good also. White yet has a little more transparent edges and overall the thiner layer is the more transparent that is (once again very close to reality)
