Hello, everyone!

First, I want to apologize for the lack of a devlog for October. It was a busy month for us while we were taking care of personal matters offline. But honestly, there wasn't too much to update on either, so I decided to skip out on the log last month entirely. Progress was still being made in the writing room, just not as quickly.

Now we're in November, which feels crazy to say outloud. The weeks have gone by so quickly this year, and we are feeling the pressure to finish Chapter 18.

The writing is continuously being worked on, and Chapter 19's first draft is still being written while Chapter 18 is being edited.

In the mean time, here's another preview of a CG coming in Chapter 18...

On another note, there was something we wanted to bring up for a while now!

One of our future goals has always been to have a new editing pass for Part 1 of the story. We're no stranger to the quality of the writing compared to the newer chapters, and we've always wanted to eventually go back to work on this.

Our newest editor, Zangusuu, has been passionate about cleaning up the writing overall. We've been working with him closesly in our downtime to review early chapters a little bit at a time.

To clarify, this will be more than just a proofreading pass. This will include tweaking lore details, re-arranging scenes and/or rewriting scenes, etc.

Now, this is still very early. It hasn't taken precedence over Chapter 18 production, and we have no idea how we will release this updated script in the future yet.

All that is to say, please stay tuned!

Other than that, Madcap_Ian is on board to illustrate a new CG to backfill an older chapter. We'll happily share updates on that soon!
