Gloria's quest to rival her mentor in the bottom department seems to be coming along strongly. Meanwhile, rumors of Laurie's secret new cheer routine are causing a stir, especially when Alice shares it with the gals in her diet support group.

At this point I think Laurie would even be mad if she lost weight, even if it was just a error of the scale.

We get a great showcase of all three protagonists doing some of their best. We see Laurie at her most slothful, embracing her Mobility Scooter to reckless abandon, Jen wonderful interactions with Gloria, and Alice returning to the centerfold, taking to effectively commandeer the cheer squad, and even start to accept her girth a bit more as we see towards the end. Really sweet, in every sense of the word.
