Pururin is a character from a fictional TV show in Welcome to the NHK, an anime that was hugely influential for me. I love how goofy and adorable she is, and how catchy her theme song is (been my ringtone for years!) and always wanted to make a piece on her. Now I have! >:3
ps: Some of you might remember I used an avatar of her for a few years before Chinatsu. :p
