2024-01-19 00:48:20 +0000 UTC!mic 😬 I think someone was really into it 😅 Floor was not officially a band member yet, but has been touring with Nightwish for almost a year at his point. This concert was in the summer of 2013, and in fall 2012 she flew to the US to fill in for Anette during the North American leg of their world tour (where she had 48h to learn the songs). Shortly after this concert she became an official member 🙂 There's always a lot of debate between Nightwish fans about whether Tarja or Floor suits better. I listened a lot to both, but for me Floor suits better. She can't hit the operatic notes as well as Tarja, but she comes close and Tarja doesn't even come close to Floor's belting. Floor has been the longest serving singer in Nightwish now. During covid all concerts were postponed and some were cancelled. I actually watched a lot of concerts on DVD and on YouTube, this was one of them. Nightwish got postponed as well and I finally saw them live late 2022.
