Hi everyone! So this gives a glimpse into what I'm working on right now with the next Sky Wide animation. It's a process called weight painting for those who are unfamiliar with 3D modeling and animation. Basically it's like assigning which parts of Mel are controlled by which parts of the animating skeleton. It's a tedious process, but an essential one.
