If you're thinking of 'marathoning' this gigantic file, please make sure you stay hydrated, that you stretch before and after, and that you are well fed prior to starting. I'd advise meditating through the file, and if psychedelics are your thing, try dosing for a MUCH stronger experience. Also keep in mind that such a long experience inevitably means that all effects will be stronger, and all risks will be greatly enhanced.
