About my recent situation
Added 2023-06-14 04:45:11 +0000 UTCI took a short trip to the next province earlier this month.
I traveled 230 miles in two days. Driving the automobile was pretty tiring.
The purpose was to visit the Manga Museum of Art and to visit a friend's house.
The man is a sculptor who makes stuffed animals, and I longed to visit his workshop.
It was very meaningful to hear many stories about his creations and get hints for various ideas. I was so nervous, though, that I forgot half of the content of those conversations. 😅
Well, the cost of the trip, gasoline and lodging was covered by the proceeds from everyone who gathered at Patreon.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support.

私は今月の初めに、隣の県まで小旅行をしました。
２日間で370kmも移動したよ。自動車の運転は結構疲れますね。
目的は漫画美術館への訪問と、友人の家を訪ねること。
その人は着ぐるみを製作する造形作家で、彼の工房を見学するのは憧れでした。
彼の創作にまつわる話をたくさん聞けたし、色々なアイディアのヒントをもらえてとても有意義だった。とはいえ、私は緊張のあまり、その会話の内容を半分忘れてしまったんですが。(^ ^;)
さて、その旅費、ガソリン代や宿泊費は、Patreonに集ってくれている皆さんからの収益で賄いました。
この場を借りて私は皆さんにお礼を言いたいです。
皆様の支援がなかったら、この出来事はあり得なかったのですから。

Although it is relatively close to our my home, I have not had a chance to visit, so we are glad to be able to make it happen.

It's about the same distance as going to Akita. I was surprised at your familiarity with the area. It was not easy to make it happen, but next time I will make it my goal to visit here.
