About my recent situation. And about the future management of this place.

As a matter of fact, the day before last, I received an additional order to draw 14 new cars. I have to devote myself to this work again until October 7.
It's a very tight schedule and I won't have any time to paint anything else during that time.

I have been collecting $1 or $5 at the end of each month instead of charging at the time of joining.
However, some visitors have repeatedly joined and left without ever paying, and I have already banned two people this month.
My policy was to let customers come in like a coffee shop, and if they liked it, let them stay longer.
However, it seems that I was naive in my thinking.
Above all, those who have been paying for the service will suffer.
Therefore, from November 1, I have decided to adopt the method of collecting the fee at the time of admission.
At that time, I will have to update the top page and create a new description.

私の近況について。そして、ここの今後の運営について。
私は7月末から8月の末日まで、自動車を描く仕事によってスケジュールが全て埋まっていたのはご存知の通りだと思います。
実はおととい、新たに14台を描く追加の注文が来ました。私は10月7日まで、再びこの作業に没頭しなければなりません。
とてもタイトなスケジュールなので、その間、私は他の絵を描く余裕は全くないでしょう。
何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いします。
私がここに拠点を作ってからもう4年が経とうとしています。それ以来長い間支持してくれた皆様に私はとても感謝しています。
私はそれからずっと、入会時の徴収はせず、皆様から毎月末、１＄もしくは５＄を徴収する方法をとっていました。
ところが来訪者の中に、過去に一度も支払うことなく入退会を繰り返す人が何人かおりまして、私は今月すでに２名をBANしました。
お客様には喫茶店のように入店してもらって、気に入ったなら長く過ごしてもらおうという方針でした。
しかしやはり私の考えは甘かったようです。
なによりも、真面目に課金してくださっている皆さんに被害が被ります。
ですから、私は11月1日から、入会と同時に徴収する方法と採用することにしました。
その際にはトップページも更新して、新たな説明文を作る必要がありますね。
