It still blows my mind how much bigger he has grown from when I first met him. He was maybe about 5’10 or so and during freshman year he grew 6 inches?!!! Then another couple inches sophomore and junior year…Now most would get a bit lankier if they grow that fast. But he got fatter. He was gaining weight faster than he was getting taller. His belly was getting bigger with each semester. My eyes used to be just below his. Then they were at his chin. Then his neck. And now his chest. Then when he stopped getting taller, his weight EXPLODED. He had easily gained another 30-40 pounds in just one year. Now he seems to be plumping up again. There’s just no stopping him. And I’m hard as a tree trunk these days!!!
