We have plenty of haters that try to body shame my roommate and guilt me for aiding his gluttony. But the truth is, most of the junk food he eats on camera is for the content. He initially gained a lot of weight by eating literally everything and ANYTHING. But because he has always been very athletic and active and doesn’t want to lose that, we both have done extensive research into what is sometimes called “healthy obese,” and how it is achieved. And he is very good about not overdoing it with the Americans foods that can cause issues over time if eaten on a daily basis. Sumo wrestlers have mastered this by having low cholesterol and normal cardiovascular health markers. They achieve this by their athletic lifestyle and eating habits. They are not just ‘fat guys in diapers.’ In fact most of them are more healthy than most ‘healthy weight’ Americans. This alone proves a HUGE point. Being a gainer (or in my roommate’s case, just a big eater) doesn’t have to be unhealthy. You don’t have to feel like you are jeopardizing your health or someone else’s by being part of this community, so long as you do it right. If anyone is interested, we can create occasional content that shows my roommate’s real-life lifestyle to show you all how he has managed to remain just as active and UNSTOPPABLE as he was 100 pounds skinnier! Not sure if anyone here is interested in that, but I never see anyone talk about it in this community and thought it would be interesting and educational! Anyway, have a great weekend! Gotta go edit a new video we shot yesterday!😃
